The morning Sun begins to break through the fog over Henderson Lake in the Adirondack Forest Preserve.

I have to credit this WC for prompting me to dig this image out of my archives. Until today, I had never processed it. I shot this as I was paddling around waiting for the fog to lift so I could see the sunrise shining on a large cliff that is not visible from this point of view. Immediately after I shot this, I paddled as fast as I could to get the shot I came for. I liked it so much that I forgot about this one until now.

This is great, Wayne, quite mysterious with a fine set of blues, hints of fall reds, and that peek at some sunshine way off in the distance. I'm especially attracted to how crisp and clean the reflections are.
