Thanks everyone for your comments and input on my last pot. Here is a B&W version of Unexpected Treasure Color

I prefer this over the color version, Eva. Taking away the color makes it less literal and makes me want to explore the frame.

Beautiful Eva. I didn't have time to comment on the previous post but I like this B&W much better anyway. Very nice tones.

The B&W version looks really good Eva. The scene sets up a graphic and stark image in the desert, and the B&W conversion fits the elements in the image very nicely.

Eva, Yes, I think the b&w version works much better for this scene. As David mentioned it makes you want to explore the scene.

B&W really made this scene pop. I find this much more engaging than the colored version. Very nice work.

Yep, B+W was the way to go on this. It's making me re-examine my predilection to avoid mid-day photography when you can achieve such engaging B+W images at that time of day.

I like this better as well...
I could see some off the bottom for a pano version.

right out of an old western movie! the color is nice, but this works better, imo.

Nice BW Eva. I like the textures and the clouds add an interest I always like. I do notice a darker area around the upper left cacti, not sure if it is halo or? Still, a wonderful feel to the whole scene. :wavey:
