I like how the pine needles formed a kind of vector velocity field.

Raw file processed in LR5, with TK resize/sharpening for web.
Canon T3i, 1/10 s, f/11, ISO 400, EF 70-200 mm f/2.8 @ 200 mm, CPL.

Please view the large image!

Seeking any and all advice and comments. Thanks in advance.

Ronald, I really like the way the pine needles appear to be falling along with the water. Nice shutter speed on the water, as well. Otherwise, there isn't to much to hold my interest. The lower left corner where everything is pointing is rather dark and featureless. I'm left wanting either a tighter frame to eliminate that corner, or a wider frame to possibly introduce some more items of interest to the composition.

I like this image as posted, Ronald. Plenty of detail, color and action to view. Like the shutter speed chosen. Good job. Chet

I too like the image but believe it should be cropped a little on the left.

I like the comp, the textures, the water treatment and the colors. Good looking image for my tastes. No suggestions.

I like the idea, Ronald, and agree that a bit of cropping could enhance it, perhaps just below where the water changes direction. I think the SS reflects the pine needle construct. Regardless it is still well done as presented.

Ronald, I think this works nice as it is and also see a little crop of the bottom working as well. I also really like what the pine needles add here and how they appear to be flowing along with the water. Very nice color and textures too!

A well constructed scene Ronald,

I think the pine needles and the green moss play so nice in producing a lovely contrast, and I enjoy the saturated texture in the rock wall.

Good work on this one
