Taken at the Sugar Grove Nature Center in central Ill. Watched this bird for awhile, it would dash out grab bite and scoot back into the bushes. Almost clipped the tail.

Neat to get this guy with an insect, a little tight for me all around. :toast:

Nice catch, John. I have a tough time getting it's western relative out of the shadows.

A skulky bird; good job getting it in the open. A bit tight, especially at the tail, and I think you cold tease some more detail out of the whites, but I'd be happy t have this in my portfolio.

Nice capture of this guy John. Kinda tight in the frame, I like the greenery around him.
