Young and mature cypress trees this weekend at Heron Pond, Cache River wetlands. These are the northernmost cypress swamps in the US (I'm told). C&C appreciated. Large version included.

Very nice composition. I really like those prominent trunks surrounded by the greens and yellow-greens of the foliage. The trunks all seem to be leaning to the right, so wonder if a slight CCW adjustment would be in order. Maybe reduce the blue a little.

Strong comp, nice muted colors and excellent detail. I like the mood of this as well. No suggestions.

Beautiful image, just screams Autumn. The comp, the muted colors and texture of the tree trunks all play a vital role in making this wonderful. Well done! :toast:

Nicely-framed detail of the woods. I would reduce the blue/cyan a bit.

Nice and simple composition with strong vertical lines and nice tonality. I agree the cyans/blues are tad heavy. Otherwise, this works very well, Matthew.

Thank you all for your comments. Much appreciated.

Jim, Ron and Preston, agree about reducing the blue just a tad.

Very nice Matthew. I really like the interspersed color here and there. Nicely composed.

Fantastic image! The detail, color, and composition are all excellent. I also see many more comps or cropping options within the image...
