Here's a full body portrait of the subject. We were reasonably close to the cheetah so I shot at f/8 to get its entire body in focus.
Taken with a D4 and 80-400 at 220, f/8 and I,1000 and Auto ISO. Richard

Richard,
This great, OK the "perch" is not the best but it does not really matter. It is a marvelous pose and the eyes are nicely visible, normally a difficulty with Cheetah.

Great pose and eye contact. The background is a bit busy, but it is nicely out of focus. Many times you just don't have a chose about the background.

A sweet portrait of this beautiful cheetah Richard. I like the feel for it's habitat in this image.

Terrific look at the cheetah, with good eyes looking back! It is too bad the immediate background is a bit of intrusion.
