Very small Leaf Hopper from today around noon, clear & sunny.
A bit on the bright side, but haven't posted one of these little guys in quite some time.
I like the orange upper, and lower iridescent blue-green legs I see..
F/9, 1/320th, ISO 800, 1D M3, Sigma 150mm f/2.8 + 1.4x using a monopod for support.

Cute lil' guy, Howard. Nice and sharp, and really shows the colors/markings well. I know from experience that these are quite small and difficult to image at this size, so you did quite well here. :toast:

Nice to see this ( to me ) very unusual insect, Howard. I rather like the contrasty light, and the creature is nice and clear and sharp.

Howard ...its a beautiful little being ..and would allow you to make images ...though though because of the location they occupy on the foliage. Good One
