I like this Danny,
The light is outstanding, the beach is inviting, the water is calming, the shore line is rugged and the sky is biblical.
The horizon however is crooked and needs some CW rotation to correct.
The larger version is a must see to appreciate the sweet details. Man !

Love my 17-40 L as well. Very nice. Looks HDR. Backlit waves match earth tones and sky. Color as composition tool. Like it.

The scene is gorgeous and the warm light is appealing. There is what seems to be some blend issues in the sky to land transition as I see haloing around some of your tree branches and tree tops.

No blending in this, sky is the same on raw file.

The beautiful light makes this shot for me. On my monitor at work the sky has a green tint.
