Lovely rounded hillock and the silhouettes make this image really appealing, Lon. A bit of a jumble of elk in the middle, though. The separation of the elk on the left is where my eyes wander towards after taking all the scene in.

Really like it! Perhaps a little noise reduction in the clouds?

Different indeed but like it Lon . . . It would have been great if you got more space between animals but suppose you know that . . . Nature has a way of making things difficult sometimes :toast:

The sky is awesome here Lon, love the animal silhouettes, my only wish is that some of them were a little higher on the hill so we could see their legs as well, obviously nothing you could control about that and it's still a very compelling image. :toast:

Hi Lon,

This one is interesting and pleasing. I like the symmetry provided by the rounded hill, and both the sky and the silhouettes are strong eye-magnets. I agree that the jumble of elk in the middle doesn't work as well as the more clearly separated elk (such as those on the left), but that's a "perfect world" comment and something you obviously had zero control over.

Cheers...

Love the clouds and the layers in this one Lon. Agree it would be better if the animals just followed your directions a bit better.. , but hey...at least they showed up right?

Unusual comp, I think it works quite well for this..
I like the grand scheme of things that presents here, when earth meets sky
Well done :toast:
