Lower Lewis River Falls

I had not been to this famous falls at low water. (taken yesterday)
It actually is more attractive, although there are people everywhere including some jumping off the falls!
I went for a Zoom view because of bright light and because of people above and below the falls.

iso64, f22, 1/8, 86mm (70-200 vrii), D800, CP to get the rainbow.

Neat collection of flows, Dan, and the mistbow is perfectly placed. Nicely done. I find myself wishing for a bit more space at the top, but it sounds like that would probably mean people's feet, which would not be an improvement. :wink:

I like the diagonal line of the falls in this a lot Dan. I get a real sense of depth from the composition as well. I like the image as posted. No suggestions on my part.

Dan, This does look like a great falls and I think you did a very nice job with the comp, especially considering all the people you had to shoot around! The colored mist is a nice touch as well.

The rainbow mist is a nice touch and compliments the grouping of falls rather nicely, Dan. My only suggestion would be to go back; if possible; and shoot the falls before the people get there.
