I was waiting for this one. I knew it was just a matter of time before you would post a Fish Eagle. Nice regal pose here.I kind of wish the smaller twigs weren't part of the perch, but it's not a big deal. Well done.

Great view of one of the more photogenic species over there, Sandy.

On my monitor, this seems to lack a little contrast, but I can't be sure if that's just my calibration...

I got to handle one of these as a captive bird one time. They are huge and have a kind of unconscious regalness (regality?) that you've captured well here. Lovely work on the whites, too.

very regal Sandy.
A fine capture of a beautiful eagle.
Lots of detail and you've achieved an excellent balance between the whites and blacks. :toast:

What a great looking Eagle and you did well capturing it. The techs and the feather detail look great and the I like the eagles distant stare.
Well done

Excellent capture Sandy. You sure are posting some very nice African species. You must have had an awesome time on your trip. COuld use a little bit of contrast maybe. Not sure if it's my monitor but I noticed that there was another remark mentioning the same thing. Other, very regal looking bird nicely captured.
