Gannets Fencing

I joined a couple of photog friends for a trip up to Perce, Quebec Canada to visit the Northern Gannet Colony on Bonaventure Island. Great trip and terrific experience seeing and photographing the gannets and several other cliff dwelling seabird species.

These two were fencing about 15 feet from where I sat outside the roped area from the colony.

A beautiful photo. The blues around the eyes and sky match so nicely.

Simply beautiful - I like the OOF birds in the lower section of the foreground and clean blues above it to really show off the birds. Nice details as well

I like the feel of this shot Charles. Between the color palette and the content, it is very pleasing and tells a nice story.

Stunning shot Chuck. The symmetry is great and the exposure is wonderful with plenty of detail and depth to the whites. :toast:
