Does the title refer to some dreaded disease, . This is great with the mostly high key spider on the white background and then the center of the flower for an added burst of color. Well seen, Albert.

Hi Mark :wavey: I laughed when i read your comment  i wanted to name both subjects. but ran out of space.or imagination. my farm is overrun with birds, so insects are rare .. my crab spider is to me a great find ......Now here is a better title.

Albert:

Looks like you are having fun with the crab spider. Like the contrast of the spider and the yellow center of the flower - almost look like the perfect burrow for it to hid.

Top notch spider image, Albert. I like the white on white with the punch of yellow from the flower center. Exceptional detail in the spider. I was surprised to hear about the use of fill flash. The lighting looks very natural. Flash on a white subjects is real tricky. This was expertly done. Kudos. :toast:

Love this, Albert! Congrats on the Pick-- well deserved. What interests me is my own thought that the spider is more a part of the art of this image than it is a spider/bug subject. It actually makes this spider look very appealing.
