Layering it on thick

Early morning, somewhere along the road back to Las Vegas from Death Valley.

Raw file processed in LR5, with TK resize/sharpening for web. Canon T3i, 1/4000 s, f/4, ISO 1600, EF 24-105 mm @ 105 mm, CPL, hand held.

I can't explain the ISO setting. It unfortunately required much reduction of the noise produced by my little T3i.

Please view the large image!

Seeking any and all advice and comments. Thanks in advance.

I especially like the subtle transition of shades between layers, simple & effective Ronald.
The lack of any detail doesn't bother me, this works well for its graphic or 'visual' impact.

Nicely luminous image, and I like the layers a lot. The lighter area in the sky on left is out of key with the color in the rest of the image. You might consider a crop of most of the blue/cyan there.

You did a good job handling the noise from the high ISO.

Love the golden layers and tones.

I probably would consider darkening the ULC just a little.

Beautiful image.

I really like the colors and all the layers, Ronald. You might consider cropping 1/2 the sky and making this more of an abstract work of art.

Ronald, I like the soft tones and the layers in this are just great. I like Scott's thoughts on cropping about 1/2 the sky.

Well done, Ronald. I can see a few pano cropping options, agree that half of the sky will also work.
