Sandias at dusk

Nikon D7100, 12-24 @ 12mm, 1/40, F/11, ISO 400.
The Sandia Mountains as seen from the foothills in Albuquerque, shot as the sun was setting behind me. First outing with my new wide angle lens. Hiked around all over the foothills, shot lots of frames and have some red ant bites and cactus thorns to show for it, lol. Have lots to learn so comments appreciated.

5 commentsI like the color, here and the light on the bushes at center, and on the mountains. Compositionally, I'd like see the main mountains and the bushes more central to comp; so, I think a crop from the right to eliminate the pinyon pine and some of the brush would do that. Enjoy that new lens.
