This is another one from the Gorge de Douanne in the Jura mountains of switzerland. Taken on a rainy morning in spring.....actually this is one of my favorite spots in the gorge

A rainy morning in the spring...perfect time to shoot, Bill, and this image shows that! Very nice depth and a wonderful feel. The light looks great and I like the shutter speed you chose.

I like the comp bill and the water almost touching my hand. Beautiful scene and image. No suggestions.

nicely done, bill, and the comp works for me. might have been even nicer if the water in the very close FG was even across the image for a touch more balance ....

Looks like a wonderful spot, Roland. I'm enjoying the long line of the stream and all of the luscious greens in the top half of the image.

My first take on this was to crop some of the foreground, but after spending some time on the large version, I wouldn't change a thing. Very nice, Bill.

Nice peaceful scene, here, Bill. I do find the very bottom to be distracting due to it's softness, while the rest of the image is very sharp. You might consider a crop from the bottom to just below the light-tones water streak on the left. The rain sure does saturate the colors: they look good.
