I caught a mass bloom a couple years ago between Flagstaff and Sedona, Bob. Amazing plants. Beautiful shot.

Bob - Very pretty and a flower we do not get to see up North. The flowers resemble cup cakes and the orange-ish yellow color is very nicely complemented by the blues in the sky.

Placing the flower laden plant dominantly in the foreground makes for a bold composition also

Nice shot Bob. I like how you have some separation between the flowers and the cactus but wish you had included the top of the cactus in the composition with a lower pov. Maybe it extends way too much to the top... and you had to cut it off.

I think by including the entire saguaro it would have taken the emphasis away from the aloe bloom Sanjay. It was quite a bit taller than what you see here and it would have made the blooms much smaller in the image.

Very striking perspective, Bob, bringing together a nice variety of plant life. Wonder whether a touch more contrast might be good, but I do like this as is.
