No distracting elements in this image. I liked the angle and head turn.

5Diii, 500mm f4 ISL + 1.4TC, Jobu Gimbal on RRS legs, f8, 1/1600, iso 800, manual exposure. Cropped just a bit from left and right to put it in a 4x5 aspect ratio. Full height. Minimal processing in LR5 & CS6. Taken May 27th at 8:34 am.

Your comments and criticisms are always appreciated.

Thanks for looking,

Very cool, Dennis. you're right.... very simple and effective. Nice that you got the bird so sharp too. :toast:

That is one beautiful eagle shot, Dennis. The head turn, sharpness, and position in frame are perfect.

The sharp detail, angle, sharply turned head, & a razor slice view really 'cut' me up Dennis
Love this one! :toast: :toast:

Quite modern artsy, Dennis. A very well-executed and novel shot of a commonly photographed bird. Well seen and well donw.

Beautiful almost Zen-like line and excellent placement of subject.
