Spring leaves
by Carolyn Derstine
While flowers are certainly a welcome sight in the spring, I also am fascinated by the new growth on trees. The new leaves are so fresh and free of blemish, and often have some interesting colorations as these leaves do. I don't know the tree ID but found these sunlit leaves while taking a walk along trees lining a mountain meadow.

A very spring like feel & look to be sure!
