Patrick,
Another great Caspian image from Saturday. Nice background, Good light, great eye contact and love the water splashed. The trout just puts it over the top. Excellent capture. Have you left on your trip yet?? Good luck with the owls. :toast:

Wonderful action, nice angle captured with the bird and eye. The image appears very dark as presented. Using a Threshold Adjustment layer to look at and determine where the whitest point might be, I set white and black markers using Threshold, then used a Curves adjustment layer with the white and black eyedroppers. No other adjustments were made. Here's the result.

Nice action shot with the water splash and trout. I do see what Keith is talking about and like his version as well. Nice job in getting this difficult shot.

Great timing in catching this. :toast: Keith's fix is what I would have recommended.

Cool pose, Patrick. I like what Keith did. Still, the face looks a little crunchy to me. I think a little motion blur that was oversharpened. Still, good stuff. :toast:

Great capture Patrick. The combination of bird in flight, fish in beak and water droplets is super. Keith has certainly improved the clarity and impact.
