Taken with Canon Powershot SX50 at a local zoo. He was bathing in a small pond giving his feathers more definition. Cropped to emphasize those amazing facial features.

Love the intense stare, Patricia. The wet feathers provide excellent detail and textures to go with intense eyes. Very striking capture. :toast:

Wonderful composition, Patricia. The detail of the feathers and overall sharpness is remarkable . Reminds me of an old boss of mine, I got that stare a lot . :biggrin:
