Lemons?

On the lighter side of Egrets, this one reminded me of a runway model that's just been sucking on a lemon. Who says they always have to be elegant?

1Div, 500mm f4 ISL + 1.4TC, bean bag on truck window, f5.6, 1/1000, iso 640, Av mode with -1/3 stop compensation. Processed in CS6 and cropped to 5MP.

Your comments and criticisms are always appreciated.

Thanks for looking,

I can see where the lemon comes in!

Very nice pose and I doubt another format - other than square - would've worked as well. Overall very nice with the breeding plumes.

Good job getting both eyes in the straight on shot -- looks like a sour lemon face to me -- made me chuckle

Comical look there Dennis, must be a Denver fan

I think the plumes sticking out to the side add to the 'soured' theme as well..
I'm just waiting for a good one liner to tie it all together

Nicely done my friend
