Remarkable bird! Looks to me it the photo needs a little contrast increase, especially at the bright end.

I love the colors and the texture of the photograph. My only critique is that the bright white line above the duck draws the eye away from the subject. Very nice as is too.

A beautiful drake in full plumage! You've captured all his beautiful colors and wonderful details. He is a stunner! A lower perspective would have been nice, too. Sharon

great bird, Basri. I agree that a little more contrast might be even better. I love the texture in the water, but the two white bars toward the top have an unnatural look to them.
I'm confused by exactly which feather group the bird has raised back there in the wings.

OK Basri-now you have to tell us how you know it's age-is it your pet? Gorgeous image. the colors are phenomenal and I love the quality of the water.

Excellent shot, the colors and details are wonderful. I like how you can see the colors of the pebbles in the water reflection.

Hi Basri A beautiful duck perfectly captured the detail and colors are so alluring... agree that the removal of the upper lines of the water would make this even better ...

I am fascinated, Basri, every time a see a Mandarin photo. The color and texture of the feathers are just magnificent, and you have captured it well here. Just a great image.
