The monochrome version of this photo is included in the selection...taken in the Mara Triangle (Kenya) earlier this year during the Great Migration.

Beautiful. The light beams are stunning. There is a lot of action going on in the herd, and you maintained good detail throughout.

The sunbeams filtering through the dramatic clouds make this image for me. Of late we are seeing lots of images from you with wide angle perspective which I really appreciate.

Mr. Erasmus, love this image....light beams on the great migration....wow! I also checked out your 2013 compilation, and it's definitely a year for you to be proud of. Looking forward to more of 'Morkels Marvelous Moments' down the road.

What a wonderful contrast with the sky, light rays and green field. Excellent shot and I also like the B&W version as well, way to go.

Even just glancing at the thumbnails I recognised this as one of yours Morkel.
It is the clouds and the light rays through the clouds that make this one special.
