Blue jay

It is apparent this was taken when the jay was at a feeder, but this was my first real chance to use my new Sigma 120-400, and I think I have good color and sharpness and I am interested in what others think.

Canon SL 1
1/400 @ F-5.6 ISO400
Sigma 120-400 @ 400mm
monopod.

Nice, John. The image looks nice and crisp and I'm not seeing any issues with fringing. The bokeh looks pretty sweet, though I'm not sure how far in the background the bush is. Sweet head turn on the Jay.

Color looks 'true blue' to me, nice & sharp too John.
I sold my Canon 24-105mm awhile back, plan on getting the new Sigma 24-105 f/4 early next year.
I've used their 150mm f/2.8 macro lens for years, they put out some great glass.
Merry Christmas! :wavey:
