Hwange!

In my experience Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe is the finest place in the world for taking images of Elephants.
Here a family group of Elephants proceeds sedately to Manga 3 waterhole for a welcome afternoon drink.
Thanks must go to our friend Beks Ndlovu and his crew at Somalisa Lodge for getting the pump at this waterhole working again.

Nice family group Ken. The light looks good.
A wee bit more space on the LH side would have been good

Nice looking family group in some sweet light. Assuming you don't have more room on the left, I would consider taking some off the right to balance the scene?

Thanks everybody, I do not have any more room on the left, but at least I avoided clipping

My intention was to allow for plenty of walk into space, but perhaps it is too much

I really like the angled movement into the camera. Techs look fine. They feel a little crowded on the left side...but perhaps a right side trim will help balance.

Nice herd and nice lighting. The dark sky contrast well with the warm tones in the foreground grass. I like seeing the trees behind the herd, lends a good sense of their environment.
