From this summer, solo trip to Palouse and was greeted with some welcoming morning light! This is from Steptoe butte in eastern Washington.

A little different processing with a softer look than usual, interested in your thoughts.

Thank you,

I like the soft look but a larger version would most likely validate this for me. Nice pic overall.

Surreal. The haze and shadows make the depth seems real Sun centered? I also might try cropping the bottom portion, say just at the copyright logo. I only bring this up for this is a top tier palouse shot in my opinion. Well done!

Thank you guys for commenting!

Ken, thanks for your kind words and here is the crop as you suggested: 16x9 ratio. The sun did rise over the horizon at that spot; I do wish it’s more off centered.

What a glorious shot depicting the nature beauty and its peacefulness with the well balanced colors catching the attention together with the contrasting sunrise mood adding the overall beauty to the image. I really like the POV and the composition as well as the colours and pin-sharp details. Indeed a very poignant image so well planned and shot delightfully. Great work my friend. :toast:
