Aoraki Twilight

I was fortunate to spend some time in New Zealand - it's a landscape photographer's dream!

One of my more memorable shooting adventures was a winter day and evening at Aoraki/Mt. Cook National Park.

I hope that you'll enjoy the photograph as much I enjoyed capturing it.

Sincerely,

Tim!

Tim, this one looks really cold! I think its processed well and the snow looks great. Comp wise, looks great as well. Wish this one had a bit more of the (pink) earths shadow above the ridgeline of Cook.

You succeeded in capturing "stark" and "cold". Nice pic but would like to see more of the lake. Guess I will have to go there one day.

This looks cold and pristine. I like what it conveys.

Love the blue tones and they make the scene looks even colder. Beautiful image

Hey Tim! Nice to see some of the NZ work. This is really nice. The blue-ness is perfect to convey the sense of cold.

Nice and COLD! Great shot. I like it as is. :toast:

This would be a great candidate for a star/twilight Alex Noriaga effect (not that it needs it by any means).
