White Pelicans

Paddling in this morning from a landscape trip I lay back in the kayak and watched a group of white pelicans slowly spiral across the sky. When they entered an area against some interesting high clouds I fired off a few shots with the 70-200. The color version is ok but I think b&w emphasizes the texture in the clouds. I did clone out a stray anhinga that crashed the party.

David, I do like the pattern this B&W version has, but I would like to see the color also. IMHO it is nicely composed. Thanks for sharing.

This makes an interesting "almost" abstract with the birds and the clouds.
