This spot in Landmannalaugar, Iceland reminded me of the "lord of the rings" type of landscape. Not the best light, but with land that awesome, it's still pretty sweet

Excellent layering, colors and textures. A shame about the sky. I wonder if a crop from the left and the top would help. It would certainly lessen the takeaway of the nondescript sky.

The light looks great to me. Evenly lit, without strong contrasts. Colors nevertheless come out nicely. Also looks like a place for abstract imagery using the whole landscape, not just an intimate section.

Amazing! A nice combination of colors and layers. Maybe a crop from the top to remove part of the dominating sky?

I think the bleak and flat light actually is what makes this photo look really cool! The layering and colors are perfect. I agree, maybe crop a tiny bit of the sky out of the top.
Nice one, Kartik!

I think this scene works with the depth from the layering you presented to the viewer. I enjoy the browns and greens that roam through out this scene, and the snow in the background adds a nice touch.

Very nice rugged looking landscape Kartik, I think the contrast in colour in the middle ground looks fantastic.

Agreed; the land is awesome. It's hard not to pine for more interest in the sky though.
