Transitions

Seeing snow and fall colors together has been on my bucket list for awhile. There was a light snow at the higher elevations in the Smokies at the end of my trip, so I headed out Newfound Gap Road in search of some compositions to show the juxtaposition of snow and fall colors. The snow was not heavy enough for any foreground elements to hold color, so I shot mainly long lens. This was shot looking towards the chimney tops, just off the road after wading through some trees that got in the way. Single exposure, not much processing. Thanks for looking and have a nice weekend. Any comments regarding the processing welcome!
