Real nice take on Looking Glass Falls, Paul. It has been years since I was last there. I like the horizontal format along with your SS choice. My only suggestion would be to crop about 1/2 of the v notch above the falls to get rid of that blank sky as it is a bit of an eye magnet to me. Just a suggestion of course.

Excellent composition of this gorgeous place, Paul. I do agree with Ed's comment about the bright "eye magnet" but I wonder if it's possible to tone down that bright spot without looking manipulated, so you can keep this composition. If not, cropping a little of the bright area would help. BUT I would hate to crop too close to those nice bright leaves on the right half of the view, since they are framed so nicely by the darker leaves in this composition.

Hi Paul, Looks like a beautiful place and your image has a wonderful mood. I think Ed's crop suggestion of the sky would work well. I actually like the comp even better that way. I do understand Wayne's thought about the bright leaves against the dark background too, and it would be kind of a shame to loose any of them.

Beautiful scene here Paul. Looks like a wonderful place. Nice colors and comp. I agree with the others about the bright sky but great as it is.

Lovely Paul. Looks like we're all weighing in; I'd play with Wayne's suggestion myself. I commonly battle that exact spot on waterfalls here in the PNW; they seem to always be too bright.

Sweet capture Paul, and echo the comments about the sky.
