Sorry for lack of percipitation lately; to much of life getting in the way. Anyway, it's mornings like this that keep getting me up even if it does not look very promising. I was surprised that I had to share Cobble Beach with about 20 other photographers because the park was still closed. The wind was blowing spray all over the place and the sunrise only lasted a minute or two but it was well worth the effort.

Thanks for taking a look and leaving a comment or suggestion.

Ed

I like this image a lot, Ed. The subtle colors, power of the surf and rocky shore line make a very appealing combination. Really wonderful. :toast: Chet

Ed. I love this shot. The colour is amazing and the comp is spot on. Nice subtle processing as well.

A beauty Ed! The elements stack up very well here, and that small bit of sunset color is a sweet icing. A little more definition to the foreground (white) water would be my only suggestion. It looks like some nice spray action going on.

Beautiful seascape Ed with wonderful motion in the water, nice rocky fore ground and the hint of a sunrise tops it off nicely. Great job. My kind of scene. :toast:

Gorgeous capture here, Ed. The horizon view is extremely nice, as well as the all around composition and wave action too. Good to see this recent post and hope you'll have time for some follow up posts and commenting as time will allow.

A real beauty of a seascape. The last hot color of the sun contrasts well with the cool blues. Excellent detail in this, too. And, your comp works well to lead the eye to the horizon. Very well done.

I sure know what you mean about life getting in the way, so thanks for taking the time so show us this beauty.

Comp is classic, and the colors are striking, yet realistic. Love the way you kept the details in the water instead of turning it into mist that hides the ocean.
