Looks like a pretty majestic place. Is that a stone hut? Pretyy cool place to stay if it is. Did those clouds ever light up in pinks and reds? They look like the type that would catch fire at sunrise. The moon is a nice draw to the left side o therwise I might have cropped to the pass. While the mnts and sky seem to have a yellow/warm cast, the FG does as well which feels a little un-natural. I might try shift the color balance to blue for the shaded areas and see if the warm/cool mix is to your liking. Might appear more natural. :toast:

Harry, many thanks for the suggestions. Yes, it was a stone hut, typical in my region.

Roberto,

Excellent mountain landscape. The light is great on the peaks and the moon adds a nice element as well.

I might agree with Harry about the yellow cast; it's especially noticeable on the landscape rather than the sky. The landscape is in shadow and I wouldn't expect such warmth. But it's not off by too terribly much. for me, I'd leave the sky and lighted peaks as they are.

You mention the hut. While not a prominent element, it's still pretty obvious and part of the image. So after posting my comment I'm going to go ahead and move this to the Man & Nature Gallery. I hope you understand. Feel free to send a note to myself or another moderator if you have any questions. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing, a terrific image.
