Venom in the Heart

Folks, thats the best I could compose and expose given the flat light and not much in color or contrast in the subject. The breeze was another factor. Made some horizontal images too, but I thought this one seemed compositionally a tab better.

The Lynx spider I guess had already injected venom into the heart of the Ant Lion.

Excellent composition, Balan. The detail in the insects are very good-particularly for a windy day.

Excellent capture, Balan. Terrific detail against a very nice bg. The flowers and nice bg gives this action, documentary image some nice artistry as well. :toast:

Excellent composition, Balan, with some great detail, especially in the wings. I like the soft lighting very much.
