I had decided to go shooting yesterday with no particular are in mind. I ended up in Chiricahua National Monument. The weather looking promising but the sunset never happened:/ I am undecided on this image, any thoughts or c&c are welcome.

I like the natural framing and the center piece - but the image could use a little more punch (I am looking at it on a low-end monitor however). Perhaps some adjustments using the Levels tool would help set things apart

Think I'd like to see a little more detail in that center rock. The comp is unconventional, but works pretty well I think. I might play with a few crops from the bottom or top to see if a more squarish look is in order. Still nice as it is though.

I too like the framing. However, the source of interest, the balancing rock, is very hard to separate from the rocks behind it, so it doesn't grab much attention. I wonder what either a higher or lower point-of-view would do to better separate the balancing rock from the similar rocks on the hillside behind it.

What Mark said. I too think the main area of interest, the balanced rock, is getting lost. In addition to a lower point of view, maybe zooming some to minimize the framing?

I wasn't photographing when I lived in the area. I'd love to go back to CNM one of these days!

Thanks for the comments, I will work on this image a bit more and see what I can come up with. I plan to visit this area again, next time I will have to bring a wider lens and scramble down a bit lower.
