Got this guy in the garden today. It was getting late,I should have upped the ISO to get a faster shutter but it's not too bad for 1/60th(?)

Nikon D300, Nikkor 80-400 @ 400mm, 1/60th @ f/5.6, ISO 400

Neale: Pretty nice image in a nice setting. It is not as sharp as it should be. 1/60 with a 400mm lens is pretty slow. Were you on a tripod or using some camera support?

Thanks Keith, no unfortunately just hand held. There had been a patch of sunlight I was hoping to catch him in, but by the time he got into a clear position the sun was going. While that gum is flowering I guess I'll get more opportunities though.
