I like the way the center glows brightly in this. Excellent detail as well, and the in-focus diagonal petals add the dynamic quality to give movement. Superb image!

Barb, a lovely image and you have caught it very well. The colors feel a little dark on my monitor. It would be worthwhile to try a little more brightness to see what you like better. It may be just me. :smile:

I agree with Morris, the center really looks like it is glowing in this flower! Great colors, details in the flower, comp, and nicely blurred background. A beauty, Barb. :smile:

Beautifully rendered portrait of a lovely flower, Barb ! The centre detail and the petal textures and colours are perfect. My only suggestion might be for a little more softening of the bg, but this is lovely as is.

Very nice, Barb. Like Ian, I'd probably try for a little less busy bg, but that's a matter of subjective taste. Technically, this is really well done.

Terrific details in the flower and wonderful colors. I also like your square frame but off center flower and complementary background.
