I took some sunflowers in town yesterday, and decided to do a life series on these sunflowers.
Thanks in advance for all comments and critique.

I like what you've done. The high key element works well and the colors and detail are superb. Looking forward to more in the series.

Apt metaphor! Nicely captured for being against a bright sky. I'd bet that more detail could be coaxed from the black flower center in post-processing, if you wanted to. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

I like the comp and the isolation you created, as well as the neutral background. It looks a little oof on my monitor.

Bob - F/36 !! Wow !. Looks pretty nice with the solid DOF to put even the leaves into good focus. Cannot wait to see the rest in the series.

Fabulous flower shot at a great moment, Bob and Charly. Beautifully composed ( though I do wonder about just shifting it slightly off centre to the R ) - the relationship between leaves and flower is very satisfying.
