A shallow DOF take on the Geranium.

ND300s, AFD200mm F/4 Micronikkor @F/5.6, 1/640 Sec, ISO400, Diffuser and Tripod (and may be 36mm of ET, I don't remember exactly).

Most of all I like the color and simplicity. POF is well chosen. The purple wash BG, along with the green and yellow are very pleasing to the eye.

I like your choice of DOF very much, Ram. The hairs on the stem add a lot. The color palette is also excellent. I would like to see some separation between the main flower the background ones.

Geraniums are neat flowers. You've got a nice focus on the flower's center and a lovely wash of background colors.

Excellent choice of dof, Ram, and a lovely composition with the areas of softness from the oof flowers. Like the slightly off centre placement of the flower centre too.

Exceptional, Ram! You're so good at nailing the plane of focus on shallow dof images. Very impressive comp, color and detail on the main subject.
