Here's a look at my purple water lily after a recent rain. This is a 7 shot stack for top to bottom sharpness, taken with the polarizer rotated to maximize the reflections. (5D3, 100mm macro L, f/11, 1/60s, tripod and polarizer)

Outstanding image, Mark. I like the saturated colors from the rain and CPL. The lily pads are in great shape, and the waterdrops are a nice bonus. As good a water lily image as I can remember. :toast:

Beautiful, Mark. I love the composition and the water droplets really pop on the lily pads.

Outstanding image, Mark. For me, the water droplets and reflections are as much a focal point as the lily. :toast:

Mark - I thought I commented on this but obviously not.

As said by almost everyone, I love this frame. The position of the Lily is perfect and if the frame were to be any sharper, it would hurt the eye. Terrific work on stacking - looks like the relative movement between the 7 shots was almost Zero !!. It looks as if I am physically watching this.
