hi everyone,

i think most of you here saw this image before 2 or 3 years back but it was in B&W, and now I'm posting here the colored version which is much better IMO than the previous one with new processing indeed, i will post 2 photos the first one is the work that you are seeing it now and the other one before the processing a single RAW file, you will not believe how is Pentax camera can control the RAW files with hight DR,fine details & the noise.

Pentax K-5, Pentax 10-17mm Fisheye lens, F/18, ISO 80, Single exposure with multiple processing from the same RAW file

waiting for your feedback

thanks for watching in advance

Beautiful light -- i like how you're trying to bring in rocks to the desert shots you are so proficient at. Looks pretty awesome overall, no suggestions from me!

Love it Hamed! You continue to find innovative ways to capture the beauty of the desert. Well done.

Like Ted said - you gotta love RAW files. Incredible what can be pulled out of them.

Wow. This is incredible. The details and contrast are amazing. The tonal separations you achieved in the rock wall really stand out well. Thanks for posting the "before" image. That always helps me.

One of your most beautiful and interesting images, Hamed! I love the wave of rippled sand lapping against the metallic gold rock. And the understated sky definitely adds to the scene without competing for notice. It makes the source of light apparent without shouting! I think this is stunning!

It is amazing what can be pulled out of a RAW file. Its an attractive image and I especially like the sand wave, it has an intoxicating curve to it. Two points I want to mention. I might clone out what appears to be a small jet trail in the upper right corner. And second the rocks with the most highlight on them appear to be either needing more sharpening or are out of focus. Seems weird as the immediate FG rocks do not appear out of focus, so maybe its a sharpening issue.

Hamed,

Another excellent image capturing the transition zone of geologies here. The golden, almost metallic light on the rocks is wonderful.

Don't know if it's been mentioned, but am I seeing a slight bit of haloing around the rock near center?

The only other nit/suggestion would be to clone out the contrail - it just needs to go! Brings me too close to civilization!
