Set up or natural, it is a striking image, well done. I think maybe darkening the flower stems just a bit, IMHO the brighter area they produce is distracting. Thanks for sharing.

Toned down the stems to what looked good to me. Ant thoughts?

A flower with stems looks more "right" to me. Anyway, this is well done. I trust this is water and not glycerol? A nice example of hydrogen bonding surface tension.

It is water, RL. I had a bit of trouble getting a significant drop to hold without falling off the leaf. You gave me an idea for the future though.

Charlie, great idea and execution. I too prefer to see the stems, maybe toned down just a little bit.

The flower's image in the drop is wonderfully sharp, nicely set up. The repost does a nice job of focusing more attention on the drop and it's image.

Great job with this set-up, Charlie. It really worked well! I like the comp with the OOF flower in the backround. . .it almost looks like it is looking towards the raindrop. Fine capture of the flower in the raindrop with very good sharpness. My only thought would be a slight crop in from the left. The stems look ok either way to me. . .although maybe something between the 2 versions might be best.

Excellent reflection in the water drop! I prefer the original version with the stems.
