Terrific collection of swirls and colors. Details can be seen better in the dark area on the right in the larger version, but it might be worth trying a bit of dodging to bring those out just a bit more. Very well seen.

Unending layers and very colorful abstract here, Chet.
You might entertain another look here with a crop. I could also see this with a crop from the right to eliminate a large portion of the dark area and you'd still retain the majority of the main image & scene, the layers. Either way, a very fine image again.

Great abstract, Chet, the curves and diagonals work wonderfully together for me. I also appreciate the color transitions a lot.

Chet, I really like all those interesting layers in the rock. The colors and textures are wonderful. Looks especially nice in the larger version!

Chet,

another terrific abstract! The lines, curves and natural layering make this a very engaging image. I would agree that the dark area, in the small version here, is a bit heavy. But the bigger it gets, the more some details are revealed and it's less of an imbalance. Still, I'm wondering if there isn't any room for bringing up the shadow detail - without making it "cloudy." Also, I like your processing here, seems less heavy handed than a couple previous entries.

I like this one quite a lot. Great eye.

Great eye to spot this beauty, Chet. The bands of lines are colors are a joy to view. I also like the sense of movement in this abstract. Nicely done.
