Sorry for being MIA for so long. We are now three weeks in the new house and still trying to find everything !Life kind of majorly detailed these last few months but hopefully we are back on track for now.

Took the day off today to go and play before I forgot how to use my camera. :wavey:

Lovely look. I sure like all of the dark shapes and how they complement the flowers, especially the sharp one.

Glad you went out to play! Love this!
Another thought would be to crop from the left to eliminate the in-focus bud at the left edge. To me, it makes the image even more appealing than it already is.
Congrats on the new house and getting settled in.

Wow , Thank you for the WP I really appreciate it. I am off to spend my day shooting more flowers as life is too short. I experienced my first ever tornado warning yesterday and it was a little close for comfort as a very large tornado tried to form about fifteen houses from my kitchen window. A kind of surreal moment watching the sky turn green and start to boil and watching the 10 house wide funnel bottom try to touch down . Nature is both mesmerizingly beautiful and terrifying at the same time. We have not had an actual tornado touch down here in 20 odd years or so , my heart goes out to anyone who has ever been through one . We were lucky and I am gifting the day to flowers !! :wavey:
