Charlie: Beautiful subject and the water ripple adds a very nice touch; makes me curious what made it. Tossing pebbles in the pond perhaps . Very nicely done. >=))>

Oh Charlie, I really like this one. What a great idea to add the water ripples. Nice job!

I knew this would be suspect of manipulation by me, but it wasn't. I have been trying to find ways to photograph rain and have found that the rate of rain is vital to getting anything of interest. Too much and everything gets too disturbed. On this "drizzly" morning there were times that were just right. I have others shots from that time and may post one and you can see a broader view with obvious drizzle.

Very cool composition, Charlie. Great timing on the ripples. There's certainly been plenty of rain lately to practice on!

Beautiful. The addition of the water ripple makes the image less static.

I like the composition and the way the flower pops from the dark background.

We've all seen images of water lillies, but I don;t remember seeing one with ripples like this. Indeed, it is an image of ripples, with a water lillie as accomplice. Great concept, well executed.

The impact with this image is striking for composition, tones of light and color tonalities. Splendid, Charlie.

That sharp raindrop circle is the perfect complement to the lily. I also like the subtle ripples coming in top and bottom, they help tell the story. Well seen and captured.
