Image taken the last Sunday. At the right of the Moon you can see Jupiter and over an small horizontal cloud it's possible to see Venus. Please see the larger version to best view of this planet
Canon 5DII, Nikkor 24 mm f2.8 at f4, ISO 100, Manual blending of three exposures.

Fascinating formation that looks so monolithic and gorgeous in your composition, set against that beautiful sky with the moon and two planets. Love the detail that you brought out in the rock and the foreground, just enough to appear very natural and that works so very well in my opinion. An outstanding image that must be viewed large to fully appreciate.

Yes, this is a wonderful photo. Well composed and the exposure is just right for me. Love the colors and the amount of detail in the rocks seems right. I don't know what your shutter speed was but might be interested in a faster one so the sea is not so smooth. With all the jagged rocks, I was expecting lots of water movement. Just a thought.

Vance and Peter many thanks for your comments. Peter, the water area has a shutter speed of three seconds. Today the sea was calm with no waves in this area, however this its very strange here as you says.

This is a wonderful seascape, The moon and planets add a lot of interest of course, but it would work great even without them. Where's exactly this place, Jose? Is it in Galicia perhaps? I've been trying to come visiting the northern coast of Spain and Portugal in the last two years but for a reason or another I wasn't able to come. I keep trying though, maybe next September

Cheers,
Paolo

Paolo, all my pictures were taken on the Asturias coastline, very near to Galicia. If you come in September please send me an email.

Nice mix of land and sky in this. Your blend reflects that transitional time of the day, well done. I can imagine wave swells crashing through those openings, maybe you have images of this already  If not, would be a great shot,
