Yellowstone Elk

It is a fun experience to be this close to a big bull elk. The major things that would make this better, in my opinion, are having a look at the subject that is face forward rather than butt and not crowding the animal in the frame in a manner that cuts off the legs. The busy background with elements such as the hanging bright branches in the upper right are beyond your control, but also create some visual distraction.
