Very enjoyable morning by the ocean last year not far from home. Looks much better on Firefox for some reason. Not as bright.

Wonderful golden light being cast across this entire scene, Bill. The lower rays from the sun really adds another dimension to the overall view too. Excellent waterfront capture.

Nice image. The light makes the image.

Beautifully done, Bill. The soft warm light is wonderful as is the FG, and that sunstar completes the image IMO.

Love the hints of luminosity throughout the lower 2/3rds of the image. Color and comp are spot on. Controlling all that direct light is not easy. My only suggestion is to allow a little more of the suns lighting to resonate throughout the upper third of the image. You’ve got a nice semi sunstar working here but the area north of the sunstar appears a little too controlled. Let it shine! Maybe its just my taste vs your taste. Overall a keeper

I just love those birds on the far ridge; sometimes small details add a lot. I know how challenging these blends can be shooting straight into the sun, but they can pay off.
