I like the colorful capture of the monarch on the red flower, William. If this has not been cropped, you could try cropping cropping a little all around so that monarch is more prominent. The bg is ok but could be reduced and this may make the image stronger, IMO.

I agree with Scott---A crop by taking off some from the top and right side should help bring that monarch out better. The image appears to be nice and sharp.........Jim
